Fruit Sushi

 

Ingredients:

300 g short grain rice, a cup and a quarter cup of water
3 tablespoons coconut milk
Tablespoons of sugar
Summary tablespoon coconut flavoring (optional)
Seasonal fresh fruit such as strawberries (strawberries), kiwi, papaya, tangerines and berries.


Raspberry or mango sauce

  Cup of mashed berries with a tablespoon of sugar
Top Manga peeled and minced and mashed.

Wash rice well in sieve under running water from the tap (faucet).

Then put the rice with water in a pot over the fire until boiling, and allowed to boil gently for 15 minutes to absorb all the water.

Transfer rice to a large bowl and add the coconut milk, sugar and coconut extract. Mix all together.
