The authority of the German hot potato

 

Ingredients:

  4 medium potatoes capital
8 slices of meat smoked turkey or veal cut into pieces 2 cm in size
Medium onion chopped
Tablespoon of flour
Teaspoon of sugar
Half a teaspoon of salt
Workshop pepper
Half a cup of water
A quarter cup of vinegar
A teaspoon of mustard.

How to prepare:

Climbing until potatoes are cooked perfectly.

Cook meat smoked turkey or beef in a pan until it becomes fragile. Drain the meat and fat is kept aside.Cook the onions in the fat until tender. Add to flour, sugar, salt and pepper. All cook over low heat, stirring constantly condition, to show that the bubbles in the mixture. Lift pan from heat and add water and vinegar to the content. All heated up to boiling, stirring constantly condition. Bringing the mixture from heat after boiling.

Hot potato cut into slices half a centimeter thick. Sprinkle the sauce over the potatoes and turkey meat, orpaving the calf on both sides of smoked potatoes. Serve hot.
